The drive-by shooting victim drove himself to a nearby hospital after being shot at 2:07 a.m. Saturday, December 4, police said. He was sitting in his parked SUV when struck by gunfire and suffered injuries that did not appear to be life-threatening.
The victim did not cooperate with the police and investigate the incident, officers report.
Rescue crews went to Black Wolf Auto Specialties, at 1324 Profit Court, off Farm Creek Drive at 11 a.m. The driver collided with the building and then got out of his vehicle unharmed, emergency crews said.
The car sustained front-end damage. A crack appeared in the building’s front cinderblock wall.
[Updated Monday, December 6] Police are in search of three men connected to this incident. Authorities released the following update on the case.
On December 3 at 2:49PM, officers responded to the 2700 block of Yosocomico Ln. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located shell casings in the area of Yosocomico Ln. and Nanticoke Ln. While investigating the incident, officers were informed that a 21-year- old man was at a residence on Jed Forest Ln. with a gunshot wound.

A 15-year-old girl was sexually assaulted on the Neabsco Boardwalk in Woodbridge, police said.
The boardwalk, which opened in 2019, is a popular destination for walkers and hikers and is a portion of the Potomac Heritage Scenic National Trail.

[Updated 3:10 p.m.] Police lifted a lockdown of Woodbridge Senior High School this afternoon after reporting a shooting on campus.
No one was injured, and there is no evidence of a shooting, police said. There is no threat to the community.
