Surveillance video captured by a camera at a home in the Georgetown neighborhood in Woodbridge when Marshall was shot and killed July 20, shows two men creeping along an alley between two rows of townhomes before unleashing a hail of more than 30 bullets shot from a rifle and handgun, police said.

Police are still searching for the men depicted in the video and are offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the two.

Police are searching for a man they say used a handgun to beat a woman during an argument and then steal her cell phone.

The investigation revealed the victim, a 20-year-old woman, and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation that escalated. During the encounter, the victim was struck by the accused which caused her to fall to the ground.

Indecent Exposure *ARREST – On July 27, the suspect sought in connection to the indecent exposure that occurred at the Lowe’s located at 13720 Smoketown Rd. in Woodbridge (22192) on July 8, was arrested. The accused, identified as Alvin Jerome SPRUILL, turned himself in to police without incident.

Prince William police arrested a Maryland man in connection to a July 2 carjacking in Woodbridge.

Attempted Carjacking *ARREST – On July 21, the suspect sought in connection to the attempted carjacking that was reported to have occurred at the Lynwood Shopping Center located in the 14400 block of Richmond Hwy (Route 1) in Woodbridge (22191) on July 2, was arrested. While investigating the incident, officers identified the suspect as Marcus Xavier CUNNINGHAM. On July 21, following the investigation, officers obtained an arrest warrant for the accused who was served at the Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center where he is currently incarcerated on unrelated charges.
