Prince William Police Department: Attempted Malicious Wounding *ARRESTS – On January 2, 2024, officers concluded the investigation into the shots fired call that was reported to have occurred in a parking lot in the 14600 block of Potomac Mills Road in Woodbridge on July 20, 2023. During the investigation, officers were able to identify and obtained warrants for two men who shot during the altercation. The incident stemmed from a previous dispute involving other known parties. While investigating the incident, one of the accused tampered with evidence. One of the suspects, identified as Gabriel Alexander BRUINS, was served on

January 2 while in custody at the Prince William-Manassas Regional Adult Detention Center on unrelated charges, while the second suspect, identified as Kalill Gary GILL, was located in the Woodbridge area and taken into custody without incident the following day. Arrested between January 2-3: Gabriel Alexander BRUINS, 22, of 3519 Forestdale Avenue in Woodbridge. Charged with attempted malicious wounding and use of a firearm in commission of a felony. Court Date: Pending | Status: Remains Incarcerated. Kalill Gary GILL, 20, of 3328 Wyndale Court in Woodbridge. Charged with attempted malicious wounding, evidence tampering, and use of a firearm in commission of a felony. Court Date: Pending | Bond: Held WITHOUT Bond.”

A pedestrian struck on December 12 in Dale City has died. Prince William police reported the following information.

“Fatal Crash Investigation – On December 12 at 5:33PM, crash investigators responded to the area of Hoadly Rd and Queen Chapel Dr in [Dale City] to investigate a crash involving a pedestrian. The investigation revealed the driver of a 2015 Toyota TC was traveling east on Hoadly Rd approaching the intersection when the vehicle struck a pedestrian who was attempting to cross Hoadly Rd outside of a crosswalk, wearing dark-color clothing. The pedestrian was transported to an area hospital where he later died from injuries sustained in the collision on December 21. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and was not injured. Crash investigators are asking anyone who may have witnessed this crash to contact police.”

Prince William Police Department: Sexual Assault Investigation *ARREST – On December 14, the suspect sought in connection to the sexual assault that was reported to have occurred at the Food Lion located at 12420 Dillingham Square in Woodbridge on December 8, was arrested. While investigating the incident, detectives identified the suspect as Diego Honorato VALENCIA and on December 14, following the investigation, he was arrested. Arrested on December 14: Diego Honorato VALENCIA, 43, of 12351 Midsummer Lane in Woodbridge. Charged with sexual assault. Court Date: Pending | Bond: Held WITHOUT Bond.”

Sexual Assault Investigation [Previously Released] – On December 8 at 8, officers responded to the Food Lion located at 12420 Dillingham Square in Woodbridge to investigate an assault. The investigation revealed the victim, a 15-year-old male juvenile, was inside the restroom when he was approached by an unknown man. Without provocation, the man inappropriately touched the victim and made hand gestures before leaving the restroom. The suspect was last seen leaving in a newer model Toyota Camry. The victim reported the incident to a family member who notified the police. No injuries were reported.”

Prince William County Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney: “Prince William County Commonwealth’s Attorney Amy Ashworth announces the successful prosecution of Jacob Belotti arising from the February 2018 death of Dustin Lueker in Haymarket, Virginia. Mr. Belotti pled not guilty to three charges and after a three-day jury trial, was convicted of Felony Murder and Distribution of a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance.”

“On the afternoon of Sunday, February 25, 2018, Prince William County Fire and Rescue and Police responded to Youngs Drive in Haymarket for a 911 call regarding an unresponsive individual. Dustin Lueker was found dead on the living room floor of Mr. Belotti’s residence. Mr. Belotti claimed the two had consumed alcohol and gone to bed the day before and that when he awoke, his friend was dead. One eyewitness later came forward to challenge Mr. Belotti’s version of events and eventually police determined that multiple individuals had partied with Belotti and Lueker, initially at Mr. Lueker’s apartment and then at Mr. Belotti’s house.”

Armed Robbery [Previously Released] – On November 17 at 1:45 p.m., officers responded to the Home Depot located at 7486 Stream Walk Lane in Manassas to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed the accused was observed by store security placing items into a shopping cart and then pushing the cart with the unpaid items towards the rear doors of the business. As the accused reached the rear doors, store security personnel confronted the accused who then implied he had a knife and threatened the 35-year-old male employee. The accused then walked out to the parking lot and fled the area in a vehicle. No injuries were reported. While investigating the robbery, officers identified the accused as Cedric Murrel MILTON, and obtained warrants for his arrest. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.”
