According to police, detectives found a man distributed child pornography through an undisclosed network between July 2021 and December 2021. After the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the suspect and arrested him on April 25.
[Redacted] in Woodbridge, is charged with distribution of child pornography and distribution of child pornography 2nd or subsequent offense. His court date is pending, and he was held without bond.
A man was arrested Sunday, April 24 after brandishing a handgun during a road rage incident in Stafford County.

On Friday, April 22, at 2:34 p.m., officers investigated a report of indecent exposure at the Woodwind Villa Apartments, 14400 block of Saxophone Way, near the Americana Grocery in Woodbridge on April 13.
The investigation revealed the victim, a 42-year-old woman, was walking her dog when she observed a man remove his pants and walk nude toward the leasing office. The man eventually returned, retrieved his pants, put them back on, and walked toward a breezeway.
A man was stabbed Saturday night in Downtown Manassas.
Police were called on April 23, 2022, at 11:45 p.m., to the 9400 block of West Street, near a BB&T bank. According to police, one man was stabbed during the incident. Police could only describe the four men as black or Hispanic, wearing headscarves over their faces or ski masks.
A man who stole a woman’s purse pulled a knife on the victim when she tried to chase him down.
At 9:58 p.m. Saturday, April 23, officers went to the Bahama Breeze, at 2714 Potomac Mills Circle in Woodbridge to investigate a robbery. Police said a teenager entered the restaurant and grabbed a purse that was hanging on the wall near the hostess stand and fled.
Police in Manassas is on the scene of a shooting in the Battery Heights neighborhood.
At 6:40 p.m., police called to an apartment complex at 9500 Coggs Bill Drive behind Mayfield Intermediate School for a report of a shooting.
A Spotsylvania man is accused of slamming his car into a county deputy’s vehicle while driving under the influence on March 21. The suspect is due in a Spotsylvania County courtroom in August on DUI and driving on a revoked license charges.
Meanwhile, the same suspect was sentenced to 10 days in jail after a Stafford County deputy stopped him for holding a cell phone while driving.
[Updated Friday, April 22] A woman is facing assault and battery, and trespassing charges after an incident at John Jenkins Elementary School.
Two school staff members, a 55-year-old and 31-year-old woman, approached the woman and asked her why she was in the school. The woman continued to walk past the two staff members further into the building.
Police said a 9-year-old girl student was on the bus when she began to engage with the bus attendant. At one point, the victim grabbed the hair of the bus attendant who was seated in front of her. According to police, the attendant turned around and smacked the girl.
Police said the victim’s family reported the incident days after it happened. On April 20, officers reviewed camera footage from the bus depicting the encounter and confirming the assault.
