A Philadelphia man is charged with shooting pellets at a Prince William County school bus.

On Monday, January 9, at 3:52 p.m., officers responded to the area of Rollingwood Dr. and Jenny Dr. in Woodbridge to investigate the report of projectiles fired at an occupied school bus.

The performance was held December 4, 2022 at Gar-Field High School and included 57 youth performers, as well as participation from four staff members, Gar-Field High School’s Student theater techs and the support of the WDC Board Members.

Crimson Coward Nashville Hot Chicken has announced its sixth location, a first on the east coast. The hot chicken franchise will open at 12707 Ridgefield Village Drive, in Woodbridge, on Monday, January 9, 2023 with a grand opening planned for January 21.

“The new location will bring the core menu with the signature Crimson Rub spice combination and some select additions unique to the east coast, served up via online or by walk-in orders,” said John Filipiak, managing partner.

On Tuesday, December 28, at 12:41 a.m., officers were called to the Woodbridge Virginia Railway Express parking garage at 1040 Express Drive in Woodbridge. A 14-year-old girl and multiple male acquaintances were in the parking garage when they were approached by three masked men.

Two suspects brandished firearms before both groups began to fight.

A man knocked on a door at a Woodbridge home and asked to be let in. He didn’t like the answer he received from the homeowner.

On Monday, December 19, at 4:45 p.m., officers responded to a home in the 3000 block of Chinkapin Oak Lane, Georgetown Village, just off Route 1 in Woodbridge, to investigate a possible attempted burglary.

The show will be on display from February 1 – February 26, 2023, at the Open Space Arts Gallery at Stonebridge in Potomac Town Center. The exhibition is meant to showcase artwork surrounding African American Heritage, life, culture, and experiences.

Artists are invited to showcase how they would interpret different creative works in music, poetry, and monologues from different historical figures. All mediums are welcome based on the subject matter and historical figures named in the descriptive information below. All mediums of visual art are welcome. The collection selected for display will be curated by the Arts Recreation Specialist of Prince William County, Herb Williams.

A Manassas Park man faces charges after a 13-year-old girl said a man picked her up in a truck and sexually assaulted her.

On Thursday, December 15, detectives identified a suspect sought in connection to the sexual assault that was reported to have occurred at Prince William Parkway and Hoadly Road.
