A Stafford man arrested yesterday faces several charges after the county received calls 911 calls about an incident in Stafford Market Place.

At 6:54 p.m. Deputy C.T. Richardson went to Stafford Market Place, at Route 610 and Interstate 95, for a disturbance. Callers said a man was creating a disturbance in the parking lot and at a business.

Four men and a woman robbed another woman outside the future home of the Manassas Police Department.

Police responded to a robbery on April 3, 2022, at 5 p.m. in the 9600 block of Grant Avenue in Manassas. A male and female victim reported they were approached by four men and a woman who demanded money. The couple gave the suspects an undisclosed amount of cash, and the suspects then fled the scene in a red vehicle.

After unleashing a profanity-laden tirade threatening elementary-aged children on a school bus, a Stafford man faces a disorderly conduct charge.

On the afternoon of Friday, April 1, authorities said a 34-year-old man got onto a school bus on Tanglewood Lane in the Shadow Woods neighborhood in North Stafford.

Police identified a suspect in a home invasion near Quantico last fall.

Burglary While Armed *SUSPECT IDENTIFIED – On March 30, 2022, detectives with the Violent Crimes Bureau identified the suspect sought in connection to the home invasion that was reported to have occurred at the Quantico Court Apartments located in the 19000 block of Fuller Heights Rd. in Triangle (22172) on the early morning of November 10, 2021. On March 31, 2022, following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the suspect, identified as Joshua Jehri MCMILLIAN-BUTLER. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.

Two unsuspecting residents received extortion threats on Thursday, March 31, after sharing a nude photo on social media.

At 7:04 a.m., the victim told Deputy J.A. Buzzard he met a woman on Facebook and began exchanging messages. The conversation progressed onto Snapchat, and he sent a nude picture to his new friend.

Two feuding neighbors are in jail after several shots were fired at a home in Woodbridge.

On Tuesday, March 29, at 8:19 a.m., officers went to the 2800 block of Chablis Circle in Lake Ridge to investigate shots being fired. Officers learned a man walked over to the home of his neighbor, a 33-year-old woman, and got into an argument with her while standing in front of their homes.

On March 28 at 6:49 p.m., a Stafford sheriff’s deputy went called to Route 17 in Falmouth a reported shooting. The victim said the driver of a Volkswagen sedan flipped the victim a middle finger, in the area of the Rio Car Wash.

As the drivers continued south on Route 17 and approached the intersection of Interstate 95, the other driver fired one shot from a black handgun, striking the rear passenger door of the victim’s sedan.
