Another notable incident occurred on Albion Lane, where a 23-year-old woman from King George was involved in a single-vehicle accident. After being found with glassy eyes and slurred speech, she was arrested and charged with multiple offenses, including DUI, obstruction of justice, and assaulting an officer.

Additional arrests included a 29-year-old Stafford man involved in a rollover crash, a 45-year-old Maryland woman stopped for speeding, and a 52-year-old Stafford man driving erratically on I-95. All were charged with DUI and related offenses.

A woman was charged at Publix on Publix Way after claiming she was lost and providing false information to Deputy T. G. Croson. The woman, identified as Sara Sims, 45, of Stafford, was found to be wanted in Spotsylvania County for failure to appear. Sims was charged with public intoxication, destruction of property, and providing false identity to avoid arrest. She was held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail under no bond.

Earlier, Deputy Suter responded to a call at Giant on Town and Country Drive, where a man was found displaying erratic behavior. The man, identified as Donald Ullery, 44, of Stafford, was charged with public intoxication.

A Stafford man was charged with driving under the influence of marijuana after a suspicious vehicle call at Autumn Ridge Park. Deputies detected a strong odor of marijuana from the vehicle and the driver, Kelvin Hamilton, II, 23, admitted to using the substance. Field sobriety tests led to his arrest, and he was given an unsecured bond.

In another incident, a man from Temple Hills, Maryland, was arrested for petty larceny and public intoxication after leaving a store with unpaid merchandise. The suspect, 65, was identified by the business and found to be under the influence of alcohol.
