Stafford Sheriff’s Office: “On November 18th at approximately 3:25 p.m. Deputy A.T. Leckemby responded to Kohl’s, located at 1220 Stafford Market Place, for a larceny. Staff advised two males, with suitcases full of merchandise, and a female, with items concealed in her bag, just exited the store.”

“As Deputy A.T. Leckemby went to the store to obtain additional information, a be on the lookout was sent out to nearby deputies for a black SUV with no front license plate. Deputy F.A. Martinez was in the area of Mine Road and, using his powers of deduction, hypothesized the suspect vehicle was heading in his direction. While looking, a vehicle that matched the suspect vehicle perfectly drove by him. The driver and passengers made eye contact with Deputy Martinez with a “wide gaze.” Deputy Martinez was able to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle at the Quality Inn, located at 28 Greenspring Drive, as Deputy B.E. Vaughn responded to assist.”

‘Stafford County Sheriff’s Office: “Sam’s Pizza, 432 Garrisonville Road, 11/18, 12:39 a.m. Deputy T.G. Croson was at the intersection of Garrisonville Road and Travis Lane when he observed a Mustang attempt to make a U-turn, but instead do a 360-degree slide. Deputy Croson conducted a traffic stop at the nearby pizza joint and made contact with the driver. The 20-year-old driver had clear signs of being intoxicated, a partly consumed Twisted Tea, and five empty Twisted Tea cans. The driver was charged with driving under the influence, drinking and driving, driving after illegally consuming alcohol, and refusal. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.”

Intersection of Richmond Highway and Garrisonville Road, 11/12, 3:18 a.m. First Sergeant M.R. Flick observed a vehicle stopped at the traffic light. When the vehicle failed to move through multiple green lights, Sergeant M.L. Jacobeen and Deputy J.A. Martin responded to assist in a possible DUI. The driver had clear signs of being intoxicated, including the strong perfume of an alcoholic beverage flowing from his mouth. He was charged with driving under the influence and stopping on a highway. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $3,000 secured bond.

Stafford County Sheriff’s Office: “The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office needs your help identifying two individuals involved in an armed robbery that occurred Friday afternoon [November 17, 2023].”

“On November 17th at approximately 4:56 p.m. deputies responded to Red Apple Tobacco, located at 432 Garrisonville Road, for reports of an armed robbery. It was discovered two suspects entered the business and one brandished a firearm towards staff. As the suspects stole multiple items, they demanded staff to open the cash register and proceeded to steal cash.”


Prince William

Virginia State Police: “At 5:08 a.m. Sunday (Nov. 19, 2023), Virginia State Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in Prince William County. A tractor-trailer and an Infiniti collided in the southbound lanes of I-95 at the 156-mile marker. The tractor-trailer struck the pillar supporting the flyover ramp, which caused the trailer to rip open and lose its contents.”

“While the driver of the sedan was being treated by EMS at the scene, he left the ambulance and fled the scene on foot. State police is continuing its efforts to locate the driver. Prince William Police Department: “Rape Investigation – On November 13, detectives concluded an investigation into a sexual assault that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 10000 block of Orland Stone Drive in Bristow on April 22. The investigation revealed earlier that morning, the victim, a 19-year-old woman, was prevented from leaving the residence before being sexually assaulted on more than one occasion by an acquaintance, identified as the accused. The parties eventually separated, and the victim left the residence. On November 13, following the investigation, the accused, identified as Cailin Kalief Lamar ASH, was arrested. Arrested on November 13: Cailin Kalief Lamar ASH, 19, of 10013 Orland Stone Drive in Bristow. Charged with 2 counts of rape and 1 count of abduction with intent to defile. Court Date: Pending | Bond: Held WITHOUT Bond.”

Armed Robbery – On November 15 at 5:38 p.m., officers responded to the ABC Store located at 13991 Richmond Highway in Woodbridge to investigate a robbery. The investigation revealed a man concealed a bottle of liquor from the shelf before proceeding towards the exit. The suspect threatened two employees, implying he had a weapon, as he left the business and walked out of the area. No weapon was seen or brandished. The suspect was described as a tall black male with a thin build wearing a fitted cap and a black trench coat.”

Stafford County Sheriff’s Office: “On November 14 at 11:59 p.m. Deputy C.R. Newman observed a Toyota RAV4 traveling 61 mph in the posted 45 mph zone on Richmond Highway near Centreport Parkway. He attempted a traffic stop, but the driver refused to yield and initiated a pursuit.”

“The chase continued northbound on Richmond Highway at speeds up to 63 mph. As other deputies arrived to assist in the area of Hospital Center Boulevard, Deputy Newman performed a textbook pursuit immobilization technique, or PIT, by placing his front passenger quarter panel against the driver’s side rear quarter panel of the Toyota. The PIT caused the Toyota to spin out, while Sergeant J.W. Hutcheson and Deputy S.M. Eastman moved in to seal off any escape routes.”

Prince William police: “Murder Investigation *SUSPECT IDENTIFIED – On November 15, detectives identified a suspect involved in the fatal shooting that was reported to have occurred in the 3700 block of Wharf Ln. in Triangle (22172) on November 14.”

“While investigating the incident, detectives identified the suspect as Tyus James TERRELL, and obtained warrants for his arrest. While investigating the homicide, Prince William County detectives, with the assistance of the Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office, executed multiple search warrants in Spotsylvania County in connection to the ongoing investigation.”

Prince William Police Department: Malicious Wounding *ARREST – On November 12, the suspect sought in connection to the stabbing that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 10200 block of Farragut Court in Manassas on October 29, was arrested. The accused, identified as Maynor LEMUS AMAYA, turned himself in to police without incident. Arrested on November 12: Maynor LEMUS AMAYA, 28, of 10223 Farragut Court in Manassas. Charged with malicious wounding and assault & battery. Court Date: Pending | Bond: Held WITHOUT Bond.”

Malicious Wounding *SUSPECT IDENTIFIED [Previously Released] – On November 7, officers identified the suspect sought in connection to the stabbing that was reported to have occurred at a residence located in the 10200 block of Farragut Court in Manassas on October 29. Officers obtained arrest warrants for the suspect, identified as Maynor LEMUS AMAYA. Attempts to locate the accused have been unsuccessful.”

Prince William police: “On November 14 at 8:41PM, officers responded to the 3700 block of Wharf Ln. in Triangle (22172) to investigate a shooting. The investigation revealed gunshots were heard in the area which struck a 26-year-old man who was found lying on the ground by responding officers.”

“Officers provided immediate first aid to the man who was transported to an area hospital where he later died from his injuries. While checking the area, officers located shell casings in the roadway on Wharf Ln and a residence in the Linden Park Apartment complex that was struck by gunfire.

Prince William police: “ATTEMPT TO ID: PWCPD is asking for the public’s help identifying two men involved in the Nov. 13 #robbery of the 7-Eleven on Occoquan Rd in Woodbridge. The two suspects entered the store at approx. 3:09AM where one brandished a firearm. The men took money and fled. No injuries.”
