Potomac Mills mall is inviting families across the area to a host of holiday events at the shopping center this Christmas season.
Santa will land his sleigh at Potomac Mills on Friday, November 18. The mall will kick off its 2022 holiday festivities with the Santa Claus is Coming to Town Arrival Party from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. There will be special character appearances, a balloon artist, and giveaways. Santa will be available for photos each day from November 18 through December 24.
Volunteer Prince William is also participating in the 76th Greater Manassas Christmas Parade on December 3! (The Center Square) – President Joe Biden raised eyebrows Monday telling reporters that he expects no progress on the abortion issue in the second half of his term.
“I don’t think they can expect much of anything other than we’re going to maintain our positions,” Biden said when asked by a reporter what Congress would do on abortion following the midterms. “I’m not going to get into more questions. I shouldn’t even answer your question.”
The investigation revealed the accused walked into the store and past the service counter towards the kitchen area. While in the kitchen, the accused retrieved food items from the freezer and began cooking them before lifting up his shirt and revealing a knife to an employee.
The accused then took the unpaid food items and left the business. While in the parking lot, the accused brandished the knife toward another employee who attempted to confront the accused. No injuries were reported.
Historic Manassas, Inc. has initiated a search for a new Executive Director following the resignation of the long-time director Debbie Haight.

Detectives have identified the man found, shot, and killed in a vehicle in the area of Morgan Court and Old Triangle Road in Dumfries on Saturday, November 12.
Demetrious Levar Graham, 44, of Woodbridge, was found by police shortly after 5:30 a.m. in the driver’s seat of a vehicle after receiving multiple calls of shots fired in the area.
The award from the Virginia Recreation and Park Society recognized the county for its Locust Shade Warrior Challenge Course, giving it the Best New Renovation/Addition (Parks, Playgrounds, Blueways, Greenways or Trails).
