On Tuesday, December 28, at 12:41 a.m., officers were called to the Woodbridge Virginia Railway Express parking garage at 1040 Express Drive in Woodbridge. A 14-year-old girl and multiple male acquaintances were in the parking garage when they were approached by three masked men.

Two suspects brandished firearms before both groups began to fight.

The fire broke out in the 15000 block of Edgewood Drive in Montclair. Crews arrived with smoke showing from a single-family dwelling.

As fire crews worked to douse the blaze, one firefighter fell into the basement through a weak first floor. After he fell, the firefighter was able to get out of the burning home and suffered injuries that did not appear to be life-threatening.

A 24-year-old man is behind bars after fighting with a 60-year-old woman over a wifi password at their home.

The two are family members, police said. A Stafford sheriff’s deputy was called to Quiet Brook Court at 10:33 p.m. Tuesday, December 27, 2022, for a fight report. When he arrived, he found the two fighting over the wireless internet password and the placement of Christmas lights, a police report states.

Police arrested a driver they said tried to flee a traffic stop and struck an officer’s arm with his car.

On Tuesday, December 20, at 9:20 p.m., a Prince William County police officer conducted a vehicle stop on a blue 2008 Mercedes SC400 in the area of Dale Boulevard and Forestdale Avenue in Dale City.

A wrong-way driver on I-95 was arrested on Christmas Day after a brief pursuit in Stafford County.

On December 25 at 5:09 a.m. Deputy B.M. Taylor was called to Interstate 95 near the 136-mile marker, near Stafford Regional Airport, for a complaint of a Dodge Charger going northbound in the southbound lanes.

Just before 2 p.m. on Sunday, December 25, Stafford County Fire and Rescue units were dispatched for a reported structure fire in the 600 block of Ramoth Church Road, near the county’s regional airport.

Fire crews found a mobile home fully involved. Crews extended multiple lines and brought the fire under control in 10 minutes.

At 4:11 p.m. Friday, December 23, Prince William County fire and rescue crews were called to the 6000 block of Fox Den Court near for a house fire.

Crews arrived to find a working kitchen fire and the occupants safely out of the home.  The fire was quickly extinguished. The kitchen sustained moderate damage.
