“The investigation revealed the victim, a 20-year-old man, was gathering shopping carts in the parking lot when a verbal altercation with an unknown man, later identified as the accused, escalated. During the encounter, the accused attempted to light a spray canister on fire as he sprayed the contents towards the victim.”

Press release: “Hundreds of professional and amateur BMX riders from across the world will descend on Woodbridge this weekend, June 9-11, for the USA BMX Battlefield Nationals.”
“The three-day event will be held at the NOVA BMX track at 7 County Complex Court in Woodbridge. Races begin at 1:30 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Sunday, with participants racing well into the evening.
