Prince William County Clerk of the Circuit Court Jacqueline C. Smith will host an open house and dedication ceremony for the Prince William County Public Law Library Friday, Dec. 9, 2022, at 5 p.m.

Here are the winner’s 76th Greater Manassas Christmas Parade sponsored by Stanley Martin Homes. The parade was held Saturday, December 3, 2022, in Manassas.
The Chairman Award goes to the group that got the most votes overall. Congrats to McLean Bible Church – Prince William.
On June 23 at 3:03 a.m., officers responded to the Somerset Pointe Apartments located in the 14700 block of Soapstone Drive in Gainesville to investigate an initial report of an unconscious 20-month-old child.
Police and fire and rescue personnel responded to the apartment after the mother of the child, identified as the accused, reported the two were co-sleeping when she woke to find him unconscious.
Strong-Arm Robbery – On Wednesday, December 7 at 3:53 p.m., officers responded to Kay Jewelers inside Manassas Mall located at 8300 Sudley Rd. in Manassas (20109) to investigate a robbery.
The investigation revealed an unknown man entered the store and requested to try on a piece of jewelry. While the suspect was wearing the jewelry, he pushed two employees before fleeing the store. Neither employee was injured. A police K-9 searched the area for the suspect who was not located.
