The investigation revealed the driver of a 2015 Jeep Wrangler was traveling north on Richmond Highway when the driver slowed to make a right turn onto Williamstown Drive.
As the vehicle slowed, the passenger opened their door and got out of the Jeep was still in motion.
On Friday, January 27, 2023, Prince William County fire and rescue units were dispatched to the 3000 block of Sunny Brook Court in Lake Ridge for a reported kitchen fire in a townhouse.
Crews arrived with the home evacuated and smoke showing. The kitchen fire was quickly confirmed and extinguished. The fire caused moderate damage. One man inside the home sustained minor injuries and was transported to a local medical facility.

Stafford authorities said they arrested a vandal who painted Z’s around North Stafford.
On Sunday, January 22, at 5:31 p.m., Deputy E.T. Osborn responded to a vandalism call. The victim had their garage door spray painted with the letter Z.
