Jack Rowley of Stafford County was the Germanna Community College winner of the 17th Annual Chancellor’s Award for Leadership in Philanthropy last week in Richmond.

According to a Stafford County spokesman, Holden took a job in North Carolina to work on a smart city initiative.
George Mason University and Prince William County are betting big on small manufacturing.
The county awarded matching grant funds to the university, which completed a nanofabrication training facility on its Science and Technology Campus just outside Manassas.
The owners of the old Kline Dairy Farm have waited at least 20 years for the county to rezone more than 50 acres on Prince William Parkway.
They’ve agreed to wait a month and a half more.

Embrey Mill Primary and Urgent Care, an independent healthcare organization, join the Stafford business community at 1610 Publix Way, Building B Unit 112, in Stafford.
The organization aims to provide reliable healthcare services. They rang in the New Year and were welcomed by the county with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on January 2, 2023. The office opens to the public on Monday, January 16, 2023.
