Parents and children are invited to come to the Route 234 Commuter Lot for a back-to-school event.

On Tuesday, August 2, at 3:04 p.m., officers responded to the Regency Apartments located in the 9800 block of Shallow Creek Loop near Manassas to investigate shots fired call.

The investigation revealed multiple gunshots were heard before a resident of one apartment located damage to their front door.


In December 2021, Prince William County Police began an investigation into allegations of multiple counts of rape of a juvenile after the juvenile revealed the sexual assaults to a school employee.

The employee notified Child Protective Services, and police began a joint investigation with the Prince William County Police Special Victim’s Bureau was initiated.

Surveillance video captured by a camera at a home in the Georgetown neighborhood in Woodbridge when Marshall was shot and killed July 20, shows two men creeping along an alley between two rows of townhomes before unleashing a hail of more than 30 bullets shot from a rifle and handgun, police said.

Police are still searching for the men depicted in the video and are offering a $5,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the two.
