A woman from Philadelphia attempted to evade police by driving recklessly and pulling over at a house that wasn’t hers, police said. She was detained after pulling out a knife, leading to charges of eluding police, obstruction of justice, and a traffic lane violation, police said.

A 38-year-old man from Quantico survived a severe car accident after police said he drove drunk and crashed into a tree on Joshua Road late Saturday night. The driver, who admitted to consuming approximately four beers, was charged with driving under the influence and refusal and was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.

Da’John Lancaster, a wanted man, was taken into custody after a manhunt in North Stafford and charged with multiple offenses, including attempted aggravated murder and malicious wounding. Lancaster, already wanted for felony intimidation and a weapons offense, was apprehended on May 30 following a high-risk traffic stop.
