Woodbridge, Va. -- If there is one person who has grown with the new Potomac Communities, it’s Carlos Castro.
Castro opened the first Todos Supermarket in Woodbridge more than 20-years ago, catering to a growing Hispanic population.
Today as a U.S. citizen, his largest store fills a space once held by Giant Food in Marumsco Plaza on U.S. 1 in Woodbridge. He also has a Todos Supermaket in Dumfries, as well as an insurance agency that offers money transfer, a notary public and bill pay services.
