“Stafford offices, departments, facilities, and all courts will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, for Veterans Day,” Stafford County announced. “Both locations of the R-Board/Regional Landfill (Eskimo Hill and Belman Road) will be open on Veterans Day.”

The County confirmed that Fire and Rescue, the Sheriff’s Office, and the Magistrate’s Office will remain operational, along with all outdoor parks, which will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Essential services such as emergency response and law enforcement will continue uninterrupted during the holiday.

“The Northern Virginia Veterans Parade, honoring all Veterans and their families, will take place Saturday, November 1 at 11:00 a.m. in Old Town Manassas,” VetPar, Inc. announced. “This year marks the 17th annual celebration — attendees are encouraged to arrive early to grab seats along the parade route.”

“Join us for the Veterans Day Procession on November 11 to remember and honor all those who served our country,” the City of Fredericksburg announced. “All are welcome to view the procession along Washington Avenue and join the Veterans Day Commemoration at the Fredericksburg Area War Memorial on George Street.”
