Davis is charged with rape of Woodbridge girl

Henry Allen Davis is charged with rape in a case involving a 16-year-old girl, police said.

Sexual Assault Investigation *ARREST – On September 8 at 1:45PM, Henry Allen DAVIS was located and arrested in Loudon County. The accused was then transported to an area facility for a mental health evaluation where he remains hospitalized. DAVIS was wanted for a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence in Woodbridge sometime between September 1 and September 3.

Sexual Assault Investigation [Previously Released] – On September 7 at 8:25PM, detectives from the Special Victims Unit responded to investigate a sexual assault which was reported to have occurred at a residence located in Woodbridge (22191). The investigation revealed that the victim, a 16-year-old girl, was sexually assaulted by the accused, identified as a family member, sometime between September 1 and September 3. The victim recently disclosed the assaults to another family member who brought the victim to the Gar-Field Station on September 7. Following the investigation, detectives obtained warrants for the arrest of the accused, identified as Henry Allen DAVIS. Attempts to locate DAVIS have been unsuccessful. DAVIS may be driving a 2007 red Ford F-150 pickup with Virginia license plates: KFS-8067. The investigation continues.
