WOODBRIDGE, Va. -- Hundreds of moviegoers sat below the big screen under the stars Sunday night.
They came out to Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center in Woodbridge to watch a double feature of “Mary Poppins” and “Savings Mr. Banks.” Both Disney films, the former is a classic tale that depicts a nanny who comes to work for the family of a banker, starring Julie Andrews and Dick Van Dyke. The latter is the story behind the making of the Mary Poppins movie, starring Tom Hanks and Emma Thompson.
There is a movie shown at Stonebridge each Sunday at 7 p.m. now through Sept. 28, 2014. The movie schedule is posted to Stonebridge’s website.
