By Potomac Local News
Published February 20, 2014 at 11:02AM

Due to high water, Harrell Road (Rt. 623) will be closed to Stafford residents at the Claiborne Run. Harrell Road is located between Rt. 627 and Rt. 607.

As the snow begins to melt throughout the region, other areas may experience flooding and high water.

No details have been released on when traffic will resume on the road, and steps to deal with the high water.
