Stafford: Missing Man Seen in Detroit

STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. — Police in Michigan think they have a lead on a man missing form Stafford County.

The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office reported Monday that the man, 48-year-old Floyd Tyler, was spotted a family member’s house in Detroit just before midnight Friday.

“The Stafford Sheriff’s Office has been in contact with the Detroit and Grand Rapids Police departments in an attempt to safely locate Mr. Tyler,” stated spokesman Bill Kennedy in a press release.

Stafford County authorities and a Virginia State Police helicopter were called to search for Tyler, who disappeared from a Walmart parking lot on Garrisonville Road.
