WOODBRIDGE, Va. — Police were called to a town home community in Woodbridge where they arrested a woman they said falsely called 911.
The caller told police she rents a room in a home in the 13000 block of Carolyn Forest Drive and could hear voices in a nearby basement. Apparently, the woman told police a burglary was in progress, but when officers arrived they found a dispute between the tenant and a landlord taking place, according to police reports.
Police then arrested the caller and filed charges.
Erica Monique Brown, 26, is charged with falsely summoning police. She was held on a $1,500 bond in the Prince William County Adult Detention Center, police stated.
