7-Eleven robbed in Manassas

From the Manassas City Police Department.

Robbery 

On November 30th, 2020 at 2:19 a.m. officers of the Manassas City Police Department responded to a 7-Eleven located at 9291 Wellington Rd. for a report of a robbery. The victim stated that at 2:10 a.m., an unknown male entered the store and demanded money. According the victim, the suspect implied that he had a weapon. The suspect received an unknown amount of money and fled the scene on foot. The investigation is currently ongoing.

Assault and Battery

On November 29th, 2020 at 9:55 a.m. officers of the Manassas City Police Department responded to the 8400 block of Dorsey Cir. for a report of an assault. The victim was engaged in an argument with 5 – 7 unknown males and females who then assaulted her. A witness stated that after the assault, all suspects left the scene in a red truck. The investigation is currently ongoing.

DUI/Auto Accident

On November 27th, 2020 at 10:45 p.m. officers of the Manassas City Police Department responded to the 9400 block of Tea Berry Ct. for the report of an accident. Officers arrived on scene and located a vehicle stopped in the roadway. The driver was interviewed and determined to be under the influence of alcohol. A witness stated that they saw the subject driving erratically before striking a vehicle on Tea Berry Ct.

Arrested. Cruz, William- A 41 y/o resident of Manassas Virginia. Charges: D.U.I. – 4th offense, Refusal of Breath Test
