Former Chuck E. Cheese building on market for $2.5 million

The former home of Chuck E. Cheese in Fredericksburg is for sale.

The 10,578 square-foot building located at 1280 Central Park Boulevard is selling for $2.5 million. The building sits on about three acres of land.

The building would suit a new restaurant, a daycare, schools, or larger retailers, said Donny Self, the listing agent. A total of 80 parking spaces are outside the building.

The building was constructed in 1999. Chuck E. Cheese restaurant, which served pizza and catered to families, closed in June, said Self.

The building is located near a Walmart and many other retail and restaurants in the heart of Fredericksburg’s Central Park neighborhood.
