Stafford, Va. — Things are back to normal this morning on roads near Stafford County’s courthouse.
Officials there closed a portion of Va. 630 near U.S. 1 due to downed power lines in the area about 5 a.m. The road has since reopened, according to county officials.
Drivers were told to use nearby Hospital Center Boulevard as bypass.
