Stafford Utilities officials report no one in area of water main break has lost water to their homes or businesses. Fire hydrants in the area are working properly.

Stafford County, Va. –– A water main break has closed a thoroughfare in Stafford County.
Harrell Road is closed at Forbes Street and Deacon Road for through traffic after a water main ruptured there. Stafford officials said the road could be closed for at least eight hours while repairs are made.
Stafford sheriff’s deputies are reportedly on the scene of the road closure.
