Repairs on the entry ramp to the southbound 395 Express Lanes from I-395 near Edsall Road have been completed and the ramp is now open.
The entry ramp for the Interstate 395 E-ZPass had been closed for repair work since June.
The most available entry commuters had been using the closure had been just after the Franconia-Springfield Parkway near Backlick Road.
The specific reason for this closure has not been released, even through crews had investigated the ramp.
