MANASSAS -- (Press Release) On November 29, 2018 at approximately 1:51 p.m., officers of the Manassas City Police Department responded to the area of Signal Hill Rd and Fairview Ave for a report of shots fired.
A witness reported to police they observed a subject discharging a firearm from a moving vehicle. There have been no reported injuries or property damage in connection with this incident.
As a precaution, schools in the area were placed on a “secure the building” status which has since been lifted. The suspect fled the scene prior to police arrival.
