Stafford Crumbl Cookies to open Friday, December 16


Stafford is about to get a lot sweeter on Friday, December 16, when locally owned and operated Stafford Crumbl Cookies, located at 1495 Stafford Marketplace, Suite 121, in North Stafford, opens its doors.

Store owners Cory and Joanna Ellis and Stephen Beecroft say they can’t wait to serve delicious treats to cookie-crazed fans in Crumbl’s postable pink boxes. The store is open from 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. – 12 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays.

The bakery will create 65 jobs.

The grand opening week menu will contain six of the more than 200 weekly rotating flavors. Some of Crumbl’s specialty flavors include cornbread, cookies and cream,  s’mores, key lime pie, peppermint bark, caramel popcorn, buttermilk pancake, galaxy brownie, and many more. Don’t miss the weekly flavor drops Sundays at 6 p.m. MST on all of Crumbl’s social media accounts.

It was love at first bite for Crumbl store owners Cory and Joanna Ellis and Stephen Beecroft. The Ellis’ opened their first Crumbl location in Fredericksburg in Sring 2021. “The best part of this adventure is seeing customer expressions when they bite into their first cookie, or the excitement they have knowing the treats they are buying at Crumbl will bring a smile to the faces of those they share them with,” said Ellis.

Ellis and Beecroft have spent months perfecting the Stafford location for customers. “As local business owners, we are looking forward to sharing delicious cookies with our neighbors,”Beecroft. Together with their crew, they are thrilled to finally open their doors to bring the people of Stafford together over a box of the best cookies in the world.
