Bristow Pediatrics is the first business tenant at The Landing at Cannon Branch in Manassas. relocated its office to the City at 9709 Buchanan Loop in the newly built office and retail shell building near Tru by Hilton and Manassas’s Customer Service Center. The doctor’s office had been located about three miles west in the Bristow Center shopping plaza just outside the city, anchored by Harris Teeter.
Bristow Pediatrics has offered comprehensive family care since 2012. Their team of clinicians, led by business owners Dr. Gail Dolan and their husband Kevin, has a special focus on the mental health of their patients as well as preventative care. Bristow Pediatrics cares for patients from newborns to those in their early 20s having their own children.
Since kicking off construction in 2018, the City and its development partner, Buchanan Partners, have transformed the once-vacant 40-acre corridor with 374 townhomes, the Tru by Hilton hotel. Manassas and Buchanan are preparing to begin the next phase of the master-planned mixed-use community at The Landing with additional retail, office, and amenities like walking paths around a stormwater pond now called Cannon Branch Lake.
