DALE CITY, Va. — A Fredericksburg man faces charges after two women told police a driver exposed himself to them on two separate occasions.

Indecent Exposure – On July 22nd at 9:42AM, police responded to the area of Spriggs Rd and Minnieville Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate an indecent exposure. Two victim’s, a 46 year old woman and a 48 year old woman – both of Dumfries, reported to police that they were driving on Spriggs Rd near Hoadly Rd, in separate vehicles, when a vehicle pulled next to them which was occupied by an unknown man.
The victims reported seeing the man expose himself towards them and make inappropriate gestures. The victims were able to provide police with a tag number of the suspect vehicle. Officers located and stopped the vehicle in the area above and identified the driver as the accused. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.
