Woodbridge, Va. — Changes are coming once again to a corner of Prince William Parkway in Woodbridge.
The Tienda Santa Rita convenience store that for at least 10 years sat near the intersection of the parkway and Russell Road, near Hillendale Drive, will be replaced by TitleMax Car Loans, according to bills posted in the building’s windows.
A fresh coat of blue and red paint has been applied to the building and work is taking place inside the small shop to ready the place for the opening of the loan store, which has yet to be announced.
TitleMax allows customers to borrow money against their car loans. The company was founded in 1998 and has expanded to 600 stores nationwide, according to their website.
Within the last two weeks, the Noble Gourmet restaurant and shop advertised a closing sale. The shop was dark this past weekend.
The restaurant, which specialized in Mediterranean cuisine, filled a space once occupied by a Minnieland Academy daycare facility.
