North Stafford, Va. — If you’re craving some Chinese food for dinner, then you should consider heading over Jin’s Garden, a newly opened Chinese restaurant in North Stafford.
The restaurant’s owner, Jin, started his career working in restaurants in the New York City area, and then came to Virginia to start his first restaurant in Richmond. Jin’s Garden hopes to provide a fine dining experience, divergent from other Chinese restaurants at a reasonable cost.
“I already had friends here and like the area and found the people of Stafford friendly,” said Jin through an interpreter.
Their menu has a wide array of offerings from appetizers to desserts. They offer the usual favorites, like chow mein, fried rice, and Lo mein, children’s meals and fun and inventive specials hand crafted by Jin himself.
One of the more popular meals, the Dragon & Phoenix, is a blending of General Tso’s chicken, coupled with spicy shrimp.
Jin’s Garden, is located at 263 Garrisonville Road, Suite 101 in North Stafford – where Topps China Buffett used to sit — and is open Monday through Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and on Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
