Quantico, Va. –– For two days this week, Quantico Marine Corps Base is going to be booming. Officials have announced they will be conducting munitions training on the base today until 4 p.m.
They’ll pick up the training again from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.
While officials warn overcast weather conditions may cause the sound and vibration levels to increase, the sun is forecasted to appear from the clouds at various points today.
On Sunday, the weather forecast calls for sunny skies.
