Vandalism – On March 29 at 4:55PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 13600 block of Choir St in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a destruction of property. The homeowner reported to police that sometime between 10:00PM on March 27 and 1:30PM on March 29, their home and two vehicles were vandalized. The investigation revealed that the homeowner’s two vehicles and home were either keyed or spray painted with racial slurs and derogatory language. No other property damage was immediately reported.

11 Village Parkway, Walmart, 3/29, 1:54 p.m. Deputy J.W. Hutcheson responded for a report of suspects shoplifting from the store. The deputy located the suspect, Bruno Ferreira, 33, of Newark, NJ, in the parking lot. Further investigation revealed Ferreira had stolen $735 worth of merchandise through self-checkout. Loss prevention also notified the deputy another suspect was inside the store concealing items. The suspect was identified as Abraham Lieberman, 20, of Monsey, NY. Stolen merchandise and a controlled substance were found in Lieberman’s possession. He was arrested for larceny and possession of a controlled substance. Lieberman was held on a $7,000 secured bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail. Ferreira was arrested for larceny and held on a $2,000 secured bond.

Shooting Investigation *ARREST – On March 19, the suspect sought in connection to the shooting that was reported to have occurred on January 23, at the Babylon Café located at 3081 Golansky Blvd. in Woodbridge (22192) on January 23, was arrested. The suspect, James Lawrence GREGORY Jr., was located and taken into custody in Waldorf Maryland by members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force.

Shooting Investigation [Previously Released] – On January 23 at 9:25PM, officers responded to the Babylon Café located at 3081 Golansky Blvd. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a shots fired call. While responding, officers located the victim, a 27-year-old man, a short distance from the Café suffering from gunshot wounds. Officers utilized their Department-issued trauma kits to provide first aid to the man until rescue personal arrived. The victim was transported to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The investigation revealed that the victim and an acquaintance, identified as the accused, were involved in a verbal altercation inside the Café. At some point during the altercation, the parties moved outside where the altercation escalated when the accused brandished a firearm. The accused fired several rounds striking the victim before fleeing the area in a dark colored vehicle. The victim also ran from the area until located by the police.

One person suffered gunshot tonight while riding in a car with her father.

It happened on River Ridge Boulevard near Dumfries about 7 p.m., when a man flagged down a Prince William police officer and told him his daughter had been shot in the head, according to sources.
