Car slams into Woodbridge deli

A Honda Accord crashed into a deli in Woodbridge on Monday.

Prince William County fire and rescue crews were called at Pak Bazaar at 12:25 p.m. Monday for a report of a possible structure collapse.

No injuries were reported. A wrecker was called to pull out the car from the deli.

A building inspector was called to inspect the damage and to deem the building safe to be occupied following the incident

A state health inspector was also called to give a green light for the deli to reopen, according to a Prince William fire and rescue spokeswoman.

A man told Potomac Local that his father was inside the deli ordering chicken wings when the car slammed into the building.

“He was scared for because he couldn’t get out, at first,” the bystander told us.
