On April 10, Prince William police conducted a narcotics investigation – executing a search warrant on a Woodbridge home on Wetherburn Court.
During the search of the home, drug paraphernalia was found, according to Prince William police.
Additionally, the owner of the home – 32-year old Emmanuel Mensah – was found with cocaine when searched.
Detectives also arrested 33-year old Damien Johnson following a vehicle stop near the home, said Prince William police. When searched, Johnson was found in possession of heroin.
Both men are being charged with possession of a scheduled I or II narcotic.
