Starting tomorrow, residents will be able to visit the carnival, which is being hosted at the K-Mart Shopping Center lot in Dale City.
The carnival, located off of Dale Boulevard, will run from April 9 through April 19.
According to signage for the event, there will be free admission, as well as free parking for residents.
