WOODBRIDGE, Va. — A man and woman were sexually assaulted in a Woodbridge hotel, police said.
Officers were called to the Wytestone Suites at 14525 Gideon Boulevard at 4:30 a.m. Saturday, where they found a 21-year-old man, and 21-year-old woman had both been victims of sex assault that took place inside a hotel room, police said.
During the police investigation, police developed a suspect and arrested him. The suspect then told officers he was assaulted by three other men while outside of the hotel smoking a cigarette prior to the arrest, police said.
Dubany Rivera, 35, of 9191 Richmond Highway in Fort Belvoir, is charged with three counts of forcible sodomy, attempted forcible sodomy, and with abduction with intent to defile, police said.
