“One of the things that I think many of us who’ve lived in Prince William County, particularly the Bristow and Nokesville area … we saw what happened in the 2000s with the growth along Lincoln Hall Road,” InsideNoVA reported. “I think a lot of us saw that there was a lot of growth that happened in a very short period of time … overcrowding schools, overcrowding the roads. And it took a long time to get caught up on that. We don’t want to make those same mistakes.”
