City Vino’s Big Move: Fredericksburg Wine Shop Expands to Hanover House

Fredericksburg's City Vino has moved to 100 Hanover Street

City Vino, a wine shop in downtown Fredericksburg, recently moved from its original location at 810 Caroline Street to a new space in Hanover House.

Owner Rita Allan said their initial interest grew over the years with regular Thursday “Date Night” wine tastings at Wegmans. The Allans connected with other Wegmans regulars who led them to the Fredericksburg Wine Society and the King George Wine Society, part of the American Wine Society (AWS).
