WOODBRIDGE, Va. — Investigators made an arrest in an alleged murder-for-hire plot which was reportedly arranged just blocks from a major police station in Woodbridge.
Prince William police and the ATF Northern Virginia Violent Crimes Taskforce began investigating an arrangement made May 10 between the accused and the would-be victim, a 28-year-old man of Woodbridge, according to police documents. Those documents state the suspect and the 28-year-old have been continuously involved in a domestic-related dispute.
The suspect in this case was arrested May 12 after police learned of the alleged plot, police documents state.
Michael George Rusinack, 50, of 15831 Donald Curtis Dr in Woodbridge, is charged with solicitation to commit capital murder, documents state. He was held without bond.
