Update
Telegraph Road reopened at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday after a tree fell onto power lines in the neighborhood.
The Virginia Department of Transportation closed the two-lane road at Serenity Drive at 2:30 p.m. so they could work to remove the tree and set up a detour route, said agency spokeswoman Kelly Hannon.
The fallen tree in North Stafford comes after the Potomac Communities has experienced days of flooding rain from the remnants of Tropical Storm Lee.
