A new Tempo by Hilton hotel is now welcoming guests in Manassas, offering modern accommodations near the NOVA Live campus (formerly Farm Brew Live). The four-story hotel features 92 guest rooms and was developed by Holladay Hospitality in partnership with Villagio Hospitality Group.
Located at 9849 Discovery Boulevard, the Tempo by Hilton Manassas brings Hilton’s wellness-forward design to Prince William County. Guests can enjoy spa-inspired bathrooms, coworking spaces, a 24-hour fitness center, and two on-site dining options: Moonsong Bar & Café and the Repeal Speakeasy. The hotel also offers flexible meeting space for business and events.
Austin Haynes, Partner and Senior Vice President at Holladay Properties, called the project “a pleasure” and credited the county Board of Supervisors, county staff, and Uniwest Construction for their support. “NOVA Live is a major tourism draw for Prince William County, and we believe this hotel will be tremendously successful,” Haynes said in a press release.
The new hotel is within walking distance of local favorites like The Black Sheep Restaurant, The Yard, and Proof Kitchen & Bar. General Manager Ronnie Simons said the hotel was designed to reflect how people travel today—blending comfort, focus, and convenience.
