
A 17-year-old male from Springfield was arrested for malicious wounding after a stabbing incident at Orchard Mills Apartments in Woodbridge. The incident occurred during a gathering on November 30, where the accused stabbed a 16-year-old male multiple times. Another juvenile also suffered a minor injury. Both victims were treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
In another incident, a strong-arm robbery occurred at Smoketown Station shopping center in Woodbridge. A 37-year-old man was approached by a woman who entered his vehicle and demanded money. The suspect, identified as Georgina Megan Regazzi, 27, was later arrested.
Additionally, a road rage incident led to the arrest of Brandon Trevor Kellstrom, 33, in Woodbridge. He was charged with brandishing a firearm and reckless driving after pointing a gun at another driver.
Lastly, Karlita Anisa Felton, 33, was arrested for assaulting two corrections officers at the Prince William-Manassas Adult Detention Center. Minor injuries were reported.

Reckless Handling of a Firearm – On December 14 at 1:26AM, officers responded to the 17400 block of Kagera Dr in Dumfries (22025) to investigate a shots fired call. The investigation revealed two residences, and an unoccupied vehicle had been struck by gunfire. A small, older-model dark-colored SUV was also seen leaving the area around the same time. No injuries were reported. Officers located several shell casings in a grassy median along the roadway.
Commercial Burglary – On December 14 at 4:28PM, officers responded to the Sunoco located at 14501 Gideon Dr in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate an alarm activation. The investigation revealed two suspects, possibly males, used a brick to break out a front glass window to the business. A police K-9 searched the area for possible suspects who were not located. No suspect(s) description was available at the time of the report. Miscellaneous property was reported missing.
Malicious Wounding – On December 13, detectives concluded an investigation into a stabbing that was reported to have occurred at the Orchard Mills Apartments located in the 3200 block of Berlin Ct in Woodbridge (22193) on November 30 at approximately 3:30AM. The investigation revealed a get-together amongst multiple juveniles was occurring at the home when one of the attendees, identified as the accused, stabbed the victim, a 16-year-old male juvenile, multiple times. A second 16-year-old male juvenile also suffered a superficial cut during the encounter. Both victims were treated at area hospitals for non-life threatening injuries. No other injuries were reported and the parties dispersed prior to officers arriving at the apartment. Following the investigation, detectives obtained detention orders for the accused, identified as a 17-year-old male juvenile, who was arrested on December 13 in Fairfax County.

Court Date: Pending | Status: In-CustodyStrong-Arm Robbery – On December 14, officers concluded an investigation into a robbery that was reported to have occurred at the Smoketown Station shopping center located in the 2900 block of the Prince William Pkwy in Woodbridge (22193) on December 11 at approximately 11:56AM. The investigation revealed the victim, a 37-year-old man, was parked in front of a business in the shopping center when an unknown woman, later identified as the accused, opened the passenger door and entered the vehicle without permission. During the encounter, the accused told the victim to drive her to another location before demanding money. The victim drove to another parking lot nearby before exiting the vehicle. The accused eventually got out of the vehicle after taking several items from center console. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, officers obtained a warrant for the accused, identified as Georgina Megan REGAZZI, who was arrested on December 14.

The investigation revealed the victim, a 25-year-old man, was driving in the above area when she encountered the driver of another vehicle, later identified as the accused. At one point during the encounter, the driver stopped his vehicle in front of the victim and refused to let the victim pass. When the victim approached the other vehicle, the accused pointed a firearm towards him. The parties separated, and the accused drove away. No shots were fired, and no injuries were reported. A license plate was obtained for the suspect vehicle, and officers located the accused at his residence. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Brandon Trevor KELLSTROM, was arrested.

Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Karlita Anisa FELTON, was arrested.
