The department listed winners across several parade categories, including Best Marching Band (Spotsy Combined), Best Marching Group (Madison Sun Risers), Best Novelty (Old Dominion Humane Society), Best Dance Group (Full Force Dancerettes), Best Commercial Entry (Mike’s Custom Golf Cars), and Best Youth Entry (School of Rock).
