Police said intoxicated woman Assaulted officer

A 38-year-old woman from Woodbridge was arrested after assaulting a law enforcement officer and a medic near Manassas. Police responded to a disturbance at a residence on Moore Drive, where the intoxicated woman kicked an officer and struck a medic. She was detained and charged with two counts of assault and battery on a law enforcement officer or healthcare provider.

In another incident, a commercial burglary occurred at the Tobacco Hut in Manassas. Officers found a broken window but no immediate signs of theft. A K-9 unit searched the area, but no suspects were located.

Additionally, vandalism was reported at Patriot High School in Nokesville, where a swastika and lettering were found on a desk. The desk was removed by school personnel.

In Woodbridge, a road rage incident led to the arrest of a 29-year-old Washington D.C. man for brandishing a firearm. No shots were fired, and no injuries were reported.

Commercial Burglary – On November 19 at 2:49AM, officers responded to the Tobacco Hut located at 7440 Sudley Rd in Manassas (20109) to investigate an alarm activation. The investigation revealed a front glass window had been broken out. There were no immediate reports of stolen property. A police K-9 searched the area for possible suspects who were not located. No suspect(s) description was available at the time of the report.

Vandalism on School Grounds – On November 18 at 11:51AM, the School Resource Officer (SRO) assigned to Patriot High School located at 10504 Kettle Run Rd in Nokesville (20181) was notified of vandalism in one of the classrooms. The investigation revealed a swastika, and lettering had been drawn on one of the desks in the classroom. No additional markings were reported. School personnel removed the desk from the classroom.

Brandishing of a Firearm – On November 18 at 5:00PM, officers in the area of River Rock Way and Potomac Center Blvd in Woodbridge (22191) were flagged down regarding a road rage incident. The investigation revealed the victims, a 47-year-old woman and a 27-year-old woman, were involved a verbal altercation in the above area with the driver of another vehicle, identified as the accused. At one point during the encounter, the accused reportedly brandished a firearm in direction of the victim’s vehicle. No shots were fired, and no injuries were reported. Officers nearby were flagged down regarding the incident and detained the accused. A firearm was located in the vehicle. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Damon ENOCH LONGSHORE, was arrested.

Assault & Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer [LEO] – On November 19 at 1:45AM, officers responded to a residence located in the 10800 block of Moore Dr in Manassas (20111) to investigate an intoxicated individual causing a disturbance in the home. When officers arrived at the residence, they located the individual, identified as the accused, in the basement. The accused requested medical assistance which was provided. During the encounter, the accused kicked an officer and struck a medic before being detained. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as Vanessa Grace HOLLINS, was arrested.
