In the last three years, AT&T has invested almost $950 million dollars in wireless and wired network infrastructure, including local improvements in the Northern Virginia region.
While the projects were being completed all across the state, several of AT&T’s upgrades took place in the Prince William and Manassas area.
In Haymarket, the company upgraded their 4G LTE cell sites, which are located at the intersection of Antioch Road and Route 66. According to a release, this was done in anticipation of further growth in the western part of Prince William County.
