Manassas, VA 20110Cost is $25. Students must bring a VHSL physical form with Part I and II completed and signed by a parent or guardian.
Note: Students who have been previously diagnosed with a condition such as diabetes, a heart condition, high blood pressure or asthma will be referred to their primary care doctor for athletic clearance.
